**The Opportunity**

We need an experienced
**ICT Procurement and Contracts Specialist** who will translate the business vision and strategy into effective enterprise change to improve ICT solutions with the goal to reduce technical complexity and establish new commercial engagements and maintenance contracts. The program has the responsibility of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of ICT solutions through the identification and replacement of legacy components and the reduction of technical duplication, complexity, and inefficiencies. This role is an end to end 2-year project.

**In your new role, you will be involved in**:

- Providing advice and guidance on procurement and contract management to internal stakeholders.
- Provide advice on ICT complex issues and make significant contributions to the evaluation a procurement processes required throughout the Program.

**To**
**be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Demonstrated experience conducting and managing complex end-to-end ICT procurement.
- Demonstrated experience successfully administered and negotiating ICT contracts.
- Demonstrated experience successfully administrating procurement and contract management risk assessments.
