**Position Title**: Front of House (FOH) Team Member
**Reports To**: Venue Manager / Duty Manager
**Location**: Sky Rooftop Bar & Lounge, Maroochydore
**Employment Type**: Casual

**About the Role**

As a Front of House team member, you will be the face of Sky Rooftop Bar & Lounge, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. From greeting and seating guests to delivering table service and assisting with functions, you will uphold our high standards of professionalism, luxury, and hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Warmly welcome and seat guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, wine, and cocktails.
- Deliver beverages and meals efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas, tables, and bar floor.
- Manage reservations and assist with function setups as required.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Adhere to all responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements.
- Work collaboratively with bar, kitchen, and management teams to deliver seamless service.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred).
- Experience with Lightspeed POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Professional presentation and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and premium beverages (training provided).
- Current RSA Certificate (mandatory).

Pay: $32.31 - $34.38 per hour
