**What can you expect as an Associate Consultant for PERSOLKELLY?**
- **Salary between $55K - $65K base + Super + Commission **(depending on experience)

**The role**

In this great role, you will be providing temporary recruitment solutions to existing Clients as well as targeting and securing new Clients. Working in the Professional Services team you will be filling roles such as: Administrators, Receptionists, HR professionals, Accounts, Engineering etc.
- Building relationships with new and existing clients throughout Sydney
- Taking job briefs from Clients
- Creating and posting job ads
- Presenting resumes to Clients
- Working collaboratively with the entire team
- Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets

**About you**

You will be someone who wants to develop their capabilities and drive their career forward. You'll enjoy working within a lively and supportive environment and most of all you will be passionate about providing clients with a great service.

No previous recruitment is required - we will provide all the training. However ideally:

- You have sales/account management experience within a professional environment or
- You are a recent graduate looking to start their career
- You are eager to learn
- You have a natural ability to build relationships quickly
- You have the drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
