**Employment Type**: Full Time, 6-month Fixed Term Contract

The Safety, Health and Wellbeing team are responsible for the health, safety and wellbeing of all employees, children, and all stakeholders with Goodstart.
The Child Wellbeing Partner will report into the Head of Safety Partnering and within the Safety Health and Wellbeing team. Their role is to partner with centres and manage actual or potential Workplace Health and Safety incidents/events and child protection matters and ensure the organisation complies with reporting obligations as identified in under Workplace health and Safety and Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
**Your Impact**:
Notify ECEC and other regulatory authorities of any incidents or injuries in line with legislative requirements and timeframes.
Responsible for the end-to-end case management of reportable incidents including engagement and communication to internal and external stakeholders or state specific jurisdictions.
Review and management of compliance related issues raised by internal and external stakeholders.
Provide technical advice to all departments and employees on specific Education and Care Services National Law enquires.
Support development and review the maintenance of procedures, training programs and resources.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve organisation-wide objectives.
Coach and mentor critical teams and employees in relation to ECEC and other regulatory matters.

**You'll bring to the table**:
Hold previous experience in a customer-service focused team environment with a strong background in telephone-based issues management.
Experience of effectively manages new and unexpected events, and demonstrates judgement about when to escalate issues
Can demonstrate high attention to detail and record keeping
