We are looking for an experienced and exceptional Barista on a casual basis to join our team at Wollongong (Innovation Central Wollongong)

Role and Responsibility:

- Preparing a range of Modern Australian meals for guests of the venue, including, breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks to a high standard
- Ensure menus, food standards, procedures and processes are followed
- Supervise and manage kitchen operations as required
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance
- Is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area is in line with current health regulation standards

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to multi-task
- Experience in a fast and busy environment
- Full working rights in Australia
- Must be available weekends Fri and Sat from 4pm

Desirable:

- Be a team player and a good communicator
- Have passion for producing great food & attention to detail
