OAC use a rostering app ENTO, which gives you full control of which shifts you're happy to accept We give you access to details such as campus location, start times and room type (choose between nursery, toddlers and pre-schoolers).

Our casual pool functions as the backbone for our staff members...without you we would be nothing Considering this we offer:

- $27-$34ph (depending on qual and experience)
- Rewards Program/Completion bonus for selected campuses, particularly in the Eastern suburbs (if you can work a minimum for 20 hours per week over 4 consecutive weeks)
- Flexible shifts, you choose when you want to work via our rostering app Ento
- Various locations - OAC have ~50 campuses dotted across Sydney
- we will try to assign the closest campuses to you
- Opportunity to move to permanent employment if suitable

Our interview process is very simple and quick, once your reference checks are complete we can offer you casual employment within 24-48 hours

OAC hold Casual Assessment Centres weekly on Tuesdays/Wednesdays from 10am. This is based in our Support Office in St Leonards - Level 3, 207A Pacific Highway, St Leonards 2065.
