Our clinic at Buderim Private Hospital is currently seeking a casual Medical Receptionist to join their team. This is a casual position working Monday to Friday between the hours of 6:30am to 9:00pm, weekend work is also available.

Reporting to the Office Manager, your role will be working with a supportive team at the clinic's busy reception desk ensuring the delivery of professional, caring, and friendly services to patients, referrers, and customers.

**Key accountabilities include**:
Driving the delivery of high-quality reception

Providing excellent customer service and patient care with confidentiality, respect, and empathy

Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers

**To be successful in this role you will have**:
Ability to be flexible with working hours

Experience in a reception or administration role (highly desirable)

Strong customer service skills and experience

Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

**Availability Required**:
Monday and Wednesday shifts

To cover sick leave or annual leave as needed
