**About the Role**

As an HSEQ Advisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing compliance standards across our operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing HSEQ management systems to ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001.
- Conducting regular audits and inspections at remote sites to identify risks, enforce compliance, and address non-conformances.
- Managing BGIS Risk and Contractor Compliance, including hazard and incident reporting and facilitating training sessions.
- Investigating incidents and leading root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Providing HSEQ expertise on behalf of BGIS to our Defence Industries clients and supporting business growth initiatives such as fee proposals and tenders.

**About You**
- Mandatory Australian Citizenship due to the security requirements of the role.
- Relevant certifications, such as Certificate IV in WHS (a Diploma in WH&S Management is highly desirable).
- Experience in an HSEQ role within facilities management, construction, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of HSEQ legislation, exposure to ISO standards, and risk management principals.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
