Your role
Responsibilities
Participate in an 18-month graduate program with three 6-month rotations across different underwriting teams.
Develop technical skills in business insurance underwriting and analysis.
Build advanced communication skills by working with various stakeholders.
Gain exposure to different lines of insurance and customer types across multiple industries.
Engage in structured learning and development activities, including formal training, digital learning, and cohort initiatives.
Work with senior leaders, graduate cohorts, and support networks.
About you
Qualifications
Completed and passed tertiary education between the end of 2023 and the end of 2025.
Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
Submit a resume and academic transcript with the application (cover letter not required).
Applications are accepted from all fields of study, with particular interest in law, economics, business, or engineering.
Strong interest in insurance underwriting is essential.
