What our program offers: A 12-month graduate program that includes four, three-month rotations within a broad and dynamic organisation followed by a permanent full-time opportunitySupport network of mentors, buddies and a dedicated graduate program manager7-part Graduate Learning Series designed to help build your network and acclimatise to corporate lifeExposure to Senior Leaders through "meet & greet" sessions tailored specifically for the graduate programA capstone project working with other graduates on a business problem and presenting recommendations to senior leadersAbout the opportunity Commencing in February 2026, as our Technology Graduate, you'll complete four three-month rotations, gaining hands-on experience across key areas of the business.This role is ideal for a confident, well-rounded communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a broad interest in technology and AI.
As part of RACV's Technology division, you'll gain exposure to both legacy and cutting-edge systems across a diverse portfolio, contributing to meaningful projects that support over 400 applications, 6,000 devices, and nearly 40 sites, all while helping deliver exceptional member and customer experiences.
Throughout the program, you could be involved with:Cyber SecuritySalesforce & IntegrationDigital TechnologyApplication DeliveryTesting & QualityCloud Infrastructure SystemsStrategy & ArchitectureYou'll manage and contribute to significant and meaningful projects whilst expanding your skills, challenging yourself and taking momentous steps in building your career.
You will be supported through a structured learning and development program, formal rotations, mentor programs, various on the job activities and more
What you'll need to be successful: At RACV, we understand that everyone is unique and has a different background.
To be considered for our program you will need:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology or IT, Cyber, Business Information Systems and/or a relevant disciplineWill have completed studies by end of 2025 or within the last 2 yearsInterest and aptitude in AI technology (chiefly software development practices, cyber security, common technology principles across design, development and support)Eagerness to learn and grow with the businessPrevious work experience in a similar field advantageousSuccessful candidates will need to travel occasionally to multiple work locationsGreat things start here Join RACV and become part of a purpose-driven organisation.
