**Description**:
Domeland Racing is seeking a skilled and motivated **Stable** **Foreperson** to join our team at Kulnura (NSW) and help lead our racing operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with experience in racehorse care, staff supervision, and a genuine passion for the racing industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Head Trainer in the day-to-day running of the stable
- Represent Domeland at race meetings in the absence of the Trainer
- Supervise and manage stable staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Ensure the health, wellbeing, and presentation of horses is maintained to the highest standard
- Oversee horse schedules, feeding, treatments, and general care
- Maintain clear communication with the training team and management
- Attend to occasional out-of-hours commitments related to race days and events

**Desirable Experience & Skills**:

- Proven experience working with racehorses in a professional stable environment
- Prior experience in a foreperson or supervisory role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to ride trackwork is highly regarded
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude

**Work Hours**:

- Approximate hours**:6/7:00am - 2:00pm**:

- **Average of 3 days off per fortnight**:

- Flexibility required for occasional race day duties and travel
