Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an AI Master, a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service and promoting innovative AI features. Engage with customers in-store, showcasing and demonstrating the capabilities of a new handset and educate the consumer on AI benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage customers proactively, building genuine rapport, and attracting them to the product innovation zone.
- Qualify customer needs and understand how they use their current device and how AI features would make their life better.
- Personalised demonstration based on customer qualification.
- Soft close and pass on to retail staff members for sale.
- Complete reporting at the end of each shift

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum 1 year in a retail environment.
- Minimum 1 year as a brand ambassador, demonstrator, or salesperson in the consumer electronics retail channel.
- Preferable however not required, a minimum of 12 months demonstrator experience.
- Prefer Android users
- Must be available to work all shifts for the duration of the campaign

Skills and Capabilities:

- Technical knowledge of retail consumer electronics products.
- Experience in retail sales and product demonstration.
- Needs-based selling knowledge.
- IT skills, including photo uploading and reporting.
- Passion for technology.

- Self-driven, results-oriented, and tenacious.
- Consumer-centric with a genuine love for customers.
- Energetic and passionate about technology.
- Excellent persuasion and communication skills.

Shifts Listed Below:

- Wednesdays 10 am - 4 pm
- Thursdays 1:30 pm - 8:30 pm
- Fridays 1:30 pm - 8:30 pm
- Saturdays 9 am - 4 pm
- Sundays 10 am - 4 pm

- Harvey Norman Liverpool, Mega Centre, Shop R19/18 Orange Grove Rd, Liverpool NSW 2170
- Harvey Norman Penrith, Wolseley St, Mulgoa Rd, Jamisontown NSW 2750

Rates:

- $30p/h weekdays + Super
- $40p/h Saturdays + Super
- $45p/h Sundays + Super.

**Benefits**:

- 13-week opportunity to showcase your tech skills.
- PAID training provided (4 days).
- Training dates: Feb 6th-9th (non negotiable - in person)

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 per week
