OverviewParking Valet Attendant - Hotel at Propark MobilityLocation: Cleveland, OhioPay Rate: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour plus cash tipsJob Type: Part-timeShift & Schedule: 1st and 2ndMust Have: 2 years Driver's LicenseApplications will be accepted until the job is closed.What we're looking forAlways cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide excellent guest service.Be outside and active most of the day, standing and walking, with the ability to handle items weighing up to 50 lbs.You may be asked to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects by local management.ResponsibilitiesGreet guests, assist with parking, and ensure safe vehicle handling.Provide clear information on rates and retrieval process.Follow company policies for vehicle inspections and handoffs.Support team operations and uphold brand standards.Must HavesAt least 18 years old.Valid driver's license and at least 2 years of driving experience.Energetic, outgoing, able to stand, walk, and carry up to 50 lbs if needed.Excellent written and verbal communication; professional and friendly demeanor.Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can help resolve customer issues positively.Good To HavesValet parking: 1 year or moreCustomer service: 1 year or morePhysical Demands and Working ConditionsThe physical demands and work environment are described here as they relate to essential job functions.
