About The Role We are seeking a Shift Process Operator to join our team at the Cataby Operation, located near Dandaragan, approximately 150 km north of Perth.We look for applicants with a can-do attitude, a strong focus on safety and productivity, and initiative to achieve operational excellence.
This is a site-based, permanent position, working on a 7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off rotation.Your responsibilities will include:Control room operationRegular plant inspections and check sheet completionOperating fixed and mobile equipment according to SOPs and SWIsSampling process streams, reporting, and correcting variancesEnsuring plant availability for maintenanceConducting risk and hazard assessments to maintain a safe environment About You To succeed, you should have:Front end-loader / Skid steer / Forklift licenses; HR license is desirableStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to conduct risk assessments and follow SWIsControl room operation knowledge, experience with Citec SCADA or similar systemsPumping operations skills, fault finding, restarting and shutdown proceduresAbility to work independently and in a teamFlexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesA commitment to ongoing training and skills development Our Offer To You Family-friendly rosterInclusive and collaborative cultureUp to 18 weeks paid parental leaveOption to purchase additional leaveCompetitive salary and bonusesCompany share schemeWe support, empower, include, and encourage you to be your best.
