Production Supervisor

In this role you will:

- Ensure quality standards are maintained and complied with on a daily basis
- Complete documentation for daily production requirements
- Create an effective team of production personnel through supervision, mentoring, and on-the-job training
- Ensure all organisational policies and procedures, and WHS requirements are consistently met
- Monitor production equipment and efficiencies
- Work closely with the Production Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in accordance with revised set of goals and objectives for the production team
- Maintain general cleaning standards on the site, including machinery daily shut-downs and sanitisation and set-ups at the beginning of each day
- Identify areas with potential for improved processes and cost savings

You will have:

- Demonstrable experience in a similar food manufacturing role
- Strong knowledge and experience of HACCP & OHS
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Demonstrable experience with Process & Packaging Machinery
- Proven ability to lead teams successfully
- Forklift license
