About the role:
TheRegionalLeader's main objective is to oversee the successful running of all Yo-Chi venues inBrisbane & Sunshine Coast, by leading, mentoring and providing structure to theArea Leaders, Venue Leaders and their direct reports.
Reporting to the GM of Operations, responsibilities include:
Developing high performance venue teams, who are passionate about providing amazing customer experiences.
Supporting Venue Leaders with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members & leaders.
Working closely with Venue Leaders to drive sales, COGS, labour and profit & loss results.
Managing weekly reporting between venues and the Support Team, and ensuring each venue receives the focus and support it needs
Setting up new venues and ensuring compliance with all Yo-Chi procedures and operational standards.
Identifying local marketing opportunities and working with the Marketing Leader to implementthem.

About you:
The successful candidate will have 2+ years experience in a state-manager level role, and at least 3+ years at a multi-site level within a QSR environment.
They are pros at managing busy senior leaders juggling their own set of buzzing venues.
They will be autonomous, self-motivated and efficient with great time management skills.
They will be a natural leader and a proactive thinker who brings new solutions to the table.
And most importantly, they will bring positive energy to the team, a sense of curiosity, a willingness to challenge status quo, and a drive to learn and grow.
