Stratco is a leading manufacturer and retailer of Building and Home Improvement products. Due to continued growth, we are looking for warehouse team members to join our busy afternoon and night shifts at our Ormeau manufacturing facility.

As a **Stratco** warehouse team member you will be a part of our Logistics team and will be required to coordinate, pack and load products for our trade and retail customer base.

**Packer Responsibilities**:

- Search for items and organise storage areas
- Locate finished goods, as per order, ready for loading
- Pick and pack accessories ready to load
- ** Fork lift licence desirable**:

- General fitness - manual labour required and **lifting sizeable goods of up to 25kg**:

- Move stock and large finished goods around the warehouse safely
- Update stock records and stock movements via scanners
- General housekeeping duties
- Adherence to **Stratco** safety and other policies and procedures
- Participation in tool box and team meetings

**Loader Responsibilities**:

- Print out vehicle load sheets, plan the load and placement onto delivery trucks
- Locate finished goods and load to the vehicle
- Pick and pack accessories and load to the vehicles
- Interpreting product drawings and order sheets
- ** Fork lift licence essential**:

- Scan and update records to load sheets
- Move stock and finished goods around the warehouse safely
- Maintain stock records and stock movements via scanners
- General housekeeping activities
- Adherence to **Stratco** safety and other policies and procedures
- Participation in tool box and team meetings

**Key Skills and Attributes**
- Reliability, commitment to accuracy and customer focused outcomes
- Proven experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment
- Alertness - of moving parts, people, and vehicles
- QLD drivers licence
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions
- Excellent communication skills and computer literate
- Able to work at pace within a team or at times individually
- Ability to work **afternoon or night shifts**
