Are you a versatile hospitality professional with a passion for multitasking?

Celebrating 25 years in operation, local neighbourhood institution, Bondi's Brown Sugar is seeking an experienced all-rounder to join our team in a full-time capacity.

This exciting role combines cold larder preparation, cocktail making, and kitchen support duties.
- Prepare cold dishes and appetizers in the larder section
- Craft delicious cocktails for our discerning customers
- Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes and kitchen equipment
- Assist with various tasks across different sections as needed
- Proven experience in food preparation, cocktail making, and kitchen support roles
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and time management skills
- Fast-paced work ethic with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to retain information quickly and adapt to various tasks
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Full-time position in a vibrant, small business environment
- Opportunity to develop diverse skills across multiple areas of hospitality
