**About the Role**

We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing great support for Executives and their Assistants and is comfortable working in a fast paced, energetic environment and has a great sense of humor. The main focus of this role is providing day to day support to our Head of Executive & Facilities.

This role is responsible for:

- Arranging meetings: diary invitations, room set-up and refreshments, IT requirements
- Organising domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, cars, hotels and itineraries)
- Event research and co-ordination
- Collecting and processing expenses
- Oversight of DUAL ANZ shared calendar
- Ad hoc administration tasks

**About You**

You will also need to have the ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks while working in a team or autonomously. It is essential that you have good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to read between the lines.
