Credit Analyst

MyBond is an Australian owned and operated online lender specializing in providing medium-amount rental bond loans between $2,100 and $5,000.We have a full-time position available as a Credit Analyst / Lending Manager.
Apply and be a part of our dynamic team and grow with our business.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assess financial circumstances of applicants in line with MyBond's credit policy.Ensure sufficient KYC documentation and ID verification is provided by the applicants.Assess and protect each application against possible fraud.Enquire and liaise with customers and third parties to verify details as needed.Assess all applications accurately and fairly, ensuring the product suits the applicants' needs.Suggest and implement best practice loan processing initiatives to drive and improve the business.Work as part of a successful team, leading by example with a view to expanding a credit team within the business.Provide continuous feedback to improve MyBond's credit criteria, policy, and scorecards.Manage operations and processes required in approving credit.Essential Criteria:Positively impact team culture.Prior experience in a similar role in a similar industry.Good understanding of Australian Regulated Credit.Certificate IV in Credit Management.A natural problem solver and solution provider.Excellent communication skills.Internal and external stakeholder management.Proactive, self-starter, and disciplined.Planning, organizing, and time-management skills.Decision-making and problem-solving skills with good judgment and within authority.Strong attention to detail.Demonstrates success at managing high-volume workloads and deadlines.A desire to learn and take on feedback.Must be an Australian resident and available to work from our office in Sydney CBD on a permanent full-time basis.We offer:Ongoing development and career progression opportunities.Convenient Sydney CBD location, close to public transport, parking, shops, cafes, and dining precincts.A competitive base salary plus annual incentives.Award events and team outings to recognize achievements.Brand new state-of-the-art office with complimentary weekly Yoga and HIIT classes and a stocked kitchen.Facilities with showers and hair dryers provided.Extensive training and ongoing support.Great work culture, working alongside a high-achieving, diverse, and fun team.Immediate start.Please submit your CV to ******
