We provide services and technology to enable the circular lifecycle of a drink container, from purchase to collection, through to recycling and remanufacturing. Our services include IT technology, payments, brand experience, customer support, and materials trading.

Container Exchange Services (CES) is a joint venture between Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and Lion that was established to provide scalable and sustainable solutions for Container Deposit Schemes (CDS) in Australia and around the World. We power one of Australia's largest recycling programs: Containers for Change.

As an organisation, we are in our fifth successful year of operation having grown rapidly in revenue and people. The business is undergoing massive growth through our existing recycling schemes and expanding into new states.

**Description**:
About the role

This is a great opportunity to contribute within an organisation making a difference in the growing recycling and circular economy space. As our Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional squad to design, build and run solutions supporting the diverse technical needs of our drinks-container recycling scheme clients - including client and key user engagement, project scoping, management and execution, roll-out, continuous improvement, and user support.

This role faces into key customers and end users, and is highly collaborative with internal functional business leads, Engineering resources, and Design, managing custom developed technology solutions to deliver maximum user value in budget and on time.

The role must develop mastery of the business processes and technical solution within the domain, be able to develop and communicate the product vision and releases, and successfully implement projects and change, whilst ensuring SLA's, support and the customer service promises are all met.

**Key deliverables of the role include**:
Co-ordinating across multiple teams (i.e. Engineering, QA) to deliver product roadmaps and user stories

In partnership with the Product Manager, contributing to the 12-18 month vision and roadmap the digital products consisting of improvements, validated by end users and aligned to customer and CES strategy

Driving the 0-3 month backlog of priorities, including established Epic's, User Stories, DOR and DOD for each, additional map out the customer journey - happy and unhappy paths

Leading the Go to Market including training for all new product developments, features, and enhancements

Managing the product set feature/change backlog process in line with the release cycle

Continuous delivery of enhancements and defect resolution

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About you**:
You are an experienced product owner (at least 2-3 years), who works collaboratively with cross functional teams and the wider business

Experience in Point-of-sale, payments platforms or equivalent plus experience working with API's is required.

You have a strong desire to collect data to inform your decision making e.g. elicit user feedback, insights, pain points and user behaviour.

You are a self-starter with a high level of motivation and the ability to work with mínimal direction and supervision in a fast-paced environment.

You can break down large or complex work into a series of distinct incremental user improvements.

You have strong stakeholder management skills

You can manage customer expectations on scope, risks, budget, delivery timeframes and help the customer visualise the solution e.g. via UX designs, process maps.

Your ability to work collaboratively with customers to define success or with others in a scrum framework coupled with your positive, can-do attitude, stepping outside the role description to get the job done will see you succeed.
