Applicants with previous retail/outdoor experience are preferred.
- Have retail sales experience & be passionate about customer service
- Can work 4-5 days a week
- Have weekend availability _(for the right person there could be some flexibility, however weekends are non-negotiable)_
- While this is primarily a customer facing role, as you'll be a part of a small team you'll need to be adaptable and have a 'can do' attitude
- Enjoys the challenge of juggling multiple tasks effectively
- Be attentive to store presentation and has the ability to keep the store tidy & neat
- Have existing product knowledge or a keen interest in outdoor gear
- Have excellent verbal and written communication, and be able to communicate clearly within the team and with customers
- Proficient with & has experience with stock management
- Be a team player
- Experience with the outdoors is valued but not essential

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
