Qualifications & Experience: To be successful, you'll need:TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40116 with required upgrades)Relevant qualifications in Health, Aged Care, Disability, Mental health or Community ServicesMinimum 2 years industry experience in a care-related roleStrong understanding of compliance, legislation, and person-centred careExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamTasks & Responsibilities: As a Trainer and Assessor, you will:Deliver nationally accredited training in CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support, CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support, CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability support, CHC43315 Certificate IV in Mental health and/or CHC43415 Certificate IV in Leisure and health.Deliver accredited and non-accredited short coursesFacilitate engaging and inclusive learning experiences in both classroom and workplace settingsAssess student competency in line with training package requirementsProvide mentorship and support to learners from diverse backgroundsMaintain compliance with RTO standards and contribute to continuous improvement Why Join Us?
