On behalf** of Hamersley Nursing Home, Subiaco** ,we are currently seeking compassionate **Carers** who are dedicated to providing high quality care services.** These roles are Part-Time to Full-Time.**

**To be successful in this role you will possess the following**:

- Certificate III Individual support or equivalent
- Experience working within the Aged Care Setting
- Ability to follow nursing procedures as directed and in line with care plans
- Ability to work as a team player with strong communication skills
- Compassionate, dedicated and caring nature with the ability to build strong rapport with care recipients
- Ability to report and document nursing care procedures
- Competent documentation skills
- Flexible working attitude with willingness to work as required across a 24/7 rotating roster
- Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Act (1997)
- Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain
- Current Influenza Vaccination
- Current COVID Vaccination
- Full work rights in Australia
