As a cleaner subcontractor with Cleaners Australia, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive cleaning services to our clients. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work across various sites, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and maintain bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored correctly.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to the site supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cleaner for minimum one year.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- ABN (Australian Business Number) required.
- Own cleaning equipment and supplies are required.
- Must be able to provide National Police Check.
- Two professional references are required.
- Must have Professional Indemnity Insurance.
