**Job Description**:
Accelerate your success by becoming an Assistant Valuer within our highly regarded Valuation and Advisory Services team, based in the Brisbane CBD. This is a rare opportunity for a recent property graduate to work alongside and be mentored by an experienced Director who specialises in the valuation of Service Stations, Childcare and Self-Storage assets.

You will undertake a wide variety of tasks including collection and analysis of sales and leasing evidence, completion of cash flow models and compilation of reports.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful you will need to demonstrate;
- Strong attention to detail
- Property related degree, or in your final year of study
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
- Intermediate to Advanced level of MS Office skills
- Have a positive work ethic
- Proactive and self-motivated - keen to add value to the team

Your strong numerical analysis and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills will ensure success in this rewarding role.
