We seek an exceptional **Senior Solution Architect** (Presales) based in Singapore**to join our growing team. This role will report to our Director of Technical Services, Asia and will play an integral role in creating a vision for our customers. It will also be the trusted advisor on Workato's Automation, Integration and AI Agentic capabilities to provide thought leadership best practices and help scale and drive adoption to achieve its strategic initiatives.

As a **Senior Solution Architect**, you will be part of Workato's global solution consulting team and architecture community and own the technical alignment with the customer during the pre-sales lifecycle through workshops and interactions that define the customer's future state for Automation, Integration and AI agents.

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for an exceptional **Solutions Architect** to join our growing team in Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and participating in both pre and post-sales activities with direct end customers and partners.
- Lead and participate in both pre and post-sales activities with direct end customers and partners.
- Be a Workato evangelist with the ability to discover and demonstrate how Workato can effectively help companies with their business automation needs across a broad set of industries.
- Become the trusted technical advisor to customers and partners from an overall solution, architecture and implementation perspective for the Workato platform.
- Develop collaterals: presentations, demos, white papers, best practices, solution packs.
- Conduct customer training, Work-jams, implementation and product support.
- Mentor and train team members.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills**:

- Computer Science or BS or equivalent education.
- 7+ years of **Solutions Consulting / Solutions Architect** experience is a must.
- 5+ years of experience with **Integration and Middleware tools**is a must.
- Communicate effectively with Technical, Business and C Level stakeholders.
- Expertise in Enterprise security and governance.
- Possess relevant Cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Administrator, or Google Cloud GCP Cloud Engineer.
- Knowledge of Java and.Net platforms a plus.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey and relate ideas to others and work collaboratively to get things done.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
