**Job Description**:
**Our Family**:

- A loving and busy family in Fitzroy North, VIC, looking for a caring and reliable nanny/family assistant to help them three afternoons a week. The household includes three creative and independent children - an artsy 10-year-old girl, a fashion-loving 12-year-old girl, and a science-enthusiast 15-year-old boy. The schedule is: Mondays 2pm - 6:30pm Tuesdays 2pm - 7:30pm Fridays 2pm - 6pm They are offering $40 - 43 per hour + Super (slightly negotiable), with a start date in late January 2025 (some earlier shifts may be available).

**Your Duties**:

- This role involves a mix of childcare and household support. Time with the children will focus on assisting with after-school routines, encouraging their hobbies, and helping them stay on track with tasks. Child-free hours will include responsibilities such as family laundry, meal preparation, and general tidying. The family is looking for someone proactive and dependable who can positively contribute to their household.

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- The ideal nanny/family assistant will be kind, organised, and patient, with at least two years of experience working with tweens and teens. A calm and understanding approach is essential, particularly when supporting neurodiverse children. The family values someone who can connect with the children through their interests, encourage routines, and communicate clearly. A Drivers Licence and strong organisational skills are required.
