**Clinical Funding Officer/ AN-ACC COORDINATOR**

**About the Role**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for the role of AN-ACC Coordinator to assist in the management and coordination of all activities and documentation relating to AN-ACC at our Arcare Carnegie and Arcare Caulfield residences. The AN-ACC Coordinator will assist in AN-ACC assessments, collating AN-ACC packs, identifying opportunities for AN-ACC uplifts and ensuring accuracy and best practice at all times whilst optimizing AN-ACC submissions.

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated high level of clinical assessment skills
- Strong leadership skills with exceptional communication skills
- A current AHPRA registration
- Great documentation practice
- Great understanding of care planning, goal setting and evaluation documentation
- Demonstrated strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current Flu & COVID vaccination is highly encouraged
