We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant / F&B Manager to lead our dynamic team in our busy Restaurant Bistro.
This is more than just a management role—it's an opportunity to drive excellence, mentor a dedicated team, and enhance the reputation of one of Orange's most iconic venues.Working alongside a highly professional and vibrant team, this hands-on leadership position will see you take charge of restaurant operations, elevate service standards, and deliver a memorable guest experience.

ABOUT YOUHospitality Leadership : Minimum 3+ years of experience in restaurant, bar, and / or venue management.Team Development : A proven track record of leading, mentoring, and inspiring a large team of waitstaff, bartenders, and food runners.Innovative Thinking : A creative approach to business and F&B service, with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.Guest Experience Focus : A deep understanding of customer needs, with an innovative approach to exceeding expectations.Beverage Expertise : A passion for great service, with strong wine knowledge being a plus.Operational Know-How : Experience in staff rostering, budgeting, and cost management to drive efficiency and revenue.THE VENUEHotel Canobolas is a landmark hospitality destination in Orange, NSW.
The venue boasts : 45 stylishly appointed hotel rooms, full-service bistro with a pizzeria & lively courtyard and a front public bar.
