**We are HeyOK (formally The Photo Booth Guys) - from large scale branded activations to private parties to corporate events and everything in between, we are committed to creating awesome visual experiences for our clients.**

We are looking for a professional & dynamic people-person to join our team, to work at amazing events and help our customers impress their guests - creating memories and content for social sharing.

**What you'll be doing**:
You will be the face of HeyOK at events, helping create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to step up and use our booths. You will ensure our equipment arrives safely, is all in working order and everything runs smoothly.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring the equipment is prepped at warehouse for the event
- Ensuring the equipment arrives safely and set up efficiently, neatly and on-time
- Helping guests understand how the booth works and encouraging people to give it a try, including warming up the crowd around or near the booth as the event begins
- Encouraging guests to share their images on social media
- Basic trouble shooting and maintenance for the booth, printer, lighting and social sharing
- Promoting HeyOK where possible and handing out any promotional material for the client and/or for us
- Pack down the booth equipment efficiently, neatly and in a timely manner and provide written feedback on any issues or learnings from the event or about the gear

**You have**:

- **A valid drivers licence and car**:

- Basic DSLR camera knowledge and studio lighting knowledge (regular training will be provided on all our equipment)
- Knowledge of Windows and iOS
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Great and clear communication skills
- A positive attitude to change and an ability to think on your feet
- A fun, friendly, collaborative attitude and approach to working with clients, customers and your team members
- The ability to be flexible with working hours and requirements as this role requires night and weekend work, and last minute changes.

- Being efficient, organised and with a keen eye for detail - you love to make everything run smoothly for clients and customers

Casual hours: 0-20 per week

- Evening shift
