We're seeking a motivated individual who thrives on helping others for a full time,ongoing role based at our Morley site.
You'll also experience the work/life balance that comes with working a 9 day fortnight, with a dedicated and fixed day off every second week.
You'll be supported by a team of coaches, mentors and counsellors.

We'll provide comprehensive training, and help you achieve a Certificate IV in Employment Services within the first 12 months on the job.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployment Coach is a dynamic and rewarding position.
You will play a key role in assisting our customers to set and achieve their goals while meeting the contractual requirements of an employment service provider.
Your day-to-day can include the following:Assisting diverse customers in overcoming personal and professional challengesDelivering coaching to improve employability skills, confidence and career planningPreparing quality resumes, cover letters and supporting the job application processFinding suitable employment opportunities for customers and advocating on their behalfReferring customers to internal and external support for housing, mental health and financial counsellingProviding additional mentoring and support during the first six months of employmentDocumenting customer information and progress accurately within Workskil Australia and Government systemsAbout You You'll be a great fit for the team if you have a passion and drive for helping others.
You will be self-motivated, inclusive and open-minded, and willing to listen and support without judgement.

RemunerationA competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience.
