About the Role
- As a member of the Southern Queensland Centre of Excellence in Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care (CoE) Team, you will participate in and contribute to the delivery of a culturally sensitive and appropriate primary health care services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.
- Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships and referral pathways with other government departments, Indigenous Community Control Health Services and Non-government organisations.
- Connect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their families to appropriate local health and social service providers.
