Lexus have an exciting position for position for an experienced fulltime Business Manager, Finance & Insurance - Automotive to be based at our Lexus of Southport dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic person to join a vibrant and friendly team.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, General Sales Manager and reporting directly to the Manager Lexus Business Centre, you will be responsible for:

- the selling of finance and insurance products to our guests,
- this role offers a wide range of dealership experiences potentially leading to a Business Manager's position at one of our locations.

The role offers a wide range of dealership experience potentially leading to Business Manager positions at our other coastal and Brisbane locations.
- Minimum 12 months experience within the automotive industry in a Business Manager's role
- Current Queensland Driver's License is required at all times
- Clear Credit File and Clear Police Record to represent our financier
- A Guest centric attitude with a focus to deliver the ultimate Guest experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and compliance
