Our team in **Rockingham** are on the lookout for a permanent, **Full Time Medical Receptionist **to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients.

As a Medical Receptionist you will be providing face to face support to patients, acting as the first point of contact to ensure a smooth experience for their appointments. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting the booking of appointments, records management and working with referring medical practitioners.

This is a **Full Time permanen**t position working 38 hours per week.

**You will be responsible for all reception duties including**:

- Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has previous Radiology Medical Reception experience highly regarded
- Previous administration and/or medical experience highly regarded
- Flexible with shift times between **7.45am - 6pm**:

- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience working well under pressure
- Is willing to travel between nearby sites if operationally required
