Garden Enhancement Team Leader

About the RoleAs a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful green spaces for our clients while managing small teams.
This hands-on position involves:Participate in landscape construction activities, including turfing, laying pavers, and rectifying paving issuesPlant trees, shrubs, ground covers, and other softscape elements according to landscape plans and specificationsPrepare sites for softscape installation by clearing debris, levelling ground, and amending soil as necessaryEnsure worksites are clean, organised, and safe throughout and after project completionBenefitsMonday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finishCompetitive hourly rateWork vehicle with fuel card and mobile phone providedUniform and PPE suppliedOngoing safety training programs and resources availableFrequent free team social eventsCareer progression pathwaysAbout YouPrevious experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related fields.A basic understanding of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape construction techniques is advantageous.Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.Our Team & CultureWe embrace and celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion.
