**About Us**

Design 10 is an award-winning, innovative leader in the kitchen and bathroom industry. We focus on quality, craftsmanship, affordbilitty and support you in every stage of the build process. Our Design 10 Showrooms are located in Melbourne, Geelong, Hobart, Coff's Harbour, Orange and Dubbo.

Based at our Glen Iris site, we are seeking a full time Showroom Consultant who will provide customers with high end bathroom, laundry, flooring and cladding design solutions

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Providing exceptional service and solutions, addressing customer needs, and guiding them through the sales process
- Facilitating product selections in conjunction with Design 10 ranging specialist
- Liaising with builders, designers and architects
- Maintaining an organized and well-displayed showroom
- Working with key suppliers to maintain and develop showroom displays and product training
- Timely turnaround of product selections to quotation
- Accurate quote management processes in line with company expectations
- Work with Trade Account Managers to develop strong ongoing relationships with key accounts

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Previous sales experience in similar industry
- Product knowledge within a showroom setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of current trends within the building industry
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner at all levels
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Strong administrative skills
