**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring the highest standards of care and service are consistently delivered.

- Implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with our mission and values, driving the facility towards its operational and financial goals.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the broader community, enhancing the facility's reputation and standing in the aged care sector.
- Strong ability to fill the facility

**About You**:

- A proven leader with extensive experience in aged care management, ideally with exposure to opening or managing a new facility.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker, capable of navigating the complexities of the aged care sector, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of elderly Australians.
- Relevant qualifications in health administration, business management, current APRA registration
