Shape the future of corporate platforms as a Solution Architect. You'll design and implement enterprise-level solutions across HR, Finance, and Corporate systems, driving innovation and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end solutions for Oracle ecosystem, including Fusion, ARCS, HCM, EPM, and FDI.
Lead technical design for Finance, HR, and Procurement modules, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and business requirements.
Define current, transition, and target architectures with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to optimize Oracle ecosystem capabilities and integrations.
Evaluate Oracle ecosystem advancements, tools, and extensions to inform platform roadmaps.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams and business stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years in solution architecture or design.
Proven expertise with Oracle Fusion – including designing, integrating, or implementing HR, Finance, or Procurement modules.
Experience in corporate platforms such as ERP, HCM, or Finance systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud strongly preferred).
Knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, and familiarity with ArchiMate.
Experience working in Agile and Lean delivery environments.
