**What Needs to Be Cleaned**
- The following cleaning tasks were discussed:_

**Light Vacuuming**:

- Scope: All floors across the two buildings (four levels total)._

Details: Only a light vacuum is needed, described as a "quick once over" to pick up loose bits and pieces. The floors are not heavily dirty, and the task is estimated to take 2 to 2.5 hours for all floors.

**Mopping**:

- Scope: Bathrooms only._

Details: A quick mop is required, as the bathrooms were previously scrubbed and only need a light touch-up.

**Wiping Down Surfaces**:

- Scope: All tables and windowsills across the buildings. _

Details: A proper wipe-down is needed due to existing dust and dirt that was not adequately cleaned during the initial service.

**Potential Additional Vacuuming**:

- Scope: Potentially all floors again, depending on further assessment._

Details: This is not confirmed but mentioned as a possibility if the client determines a full vacuum is necessary after further review.
