The Opportunity

Working together as a member of the Australian Digital Leadership Team, your role as a strategicDirector of Digital Servicesis to lead and grow our portfolio of cutting-edge digital capabilities across Visualisation, Digital Engineering, Location Intelligence, and Data Science.
As Director of Digital Services, you will be accountable for the strategy, growth, and operational excellence of our digital consulting teams.
You'll drive innovation, foster collaboration, and ensure the delivery of exceptional client outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of governance and quality.
A driven professional who can collaborate across the business and help ensure we continue to be successful at developing client relationships and winning work.
What You Will Do
Client Leadership
Champion a client-centric culture and lead digital pursuits across industries.Build strong client relationships and identify new opportunities for growth.Lead bids and shape tailored consulting strategies that anticipate evolving market needs.
Team & Culture
Inspire and empower high-performing teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Collaborate across WSP to unlock synergies and scale impact.Cultivate partnerships and networks that fuel innovation and delivery.
Expertise & Innovation
Provide thought leadership in digital services and emerging technologies.Act as Project Director or Manager on key initiatives.Identify and develop new service offerings aligned with market trends.
Operational Excellence
Drive strategic direction and continuous improvement across the business unit.Monitor performance, optimise resource allocation, and ensure profitability.Embed frameworks for quality, safety, and sustainability.
What You Will Bring
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded.Proven leadership in digital consulting or related services.Deep expertise in one or more of the following: Visualisation, GIS, Digital Engineering, or Data Science.Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results.Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.A trusted advisor with authenticity, empathy, and strategic foresight.A champion of innovation and continuous learning.Emotionally intelligent, resilient, and values-driven.
