Who is The Coffee Club?

What is the role?
- The Coffee Club_ Airport Village is looking for several well presented, highly motivated and customer focused Front of House & Back of House All-rounders.
- Front of House Position - You will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with us. We are looking for personality, initiative, great attitude and being able to work under pressure.You will be required to be across front of house operational standards to provide _Great Service & Excellent Coffee._ Training and resources will also be provided. In addition, a minimum of 2 years practical Barista knowledge and experience will be an advantage.
- Back of House Position - If you are someone who enjoys having fun at work while also possessing the ability to work under pressure, have an eye for detail and presentation and be adept at maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, we want you You will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of all menu items; salads, wraps, sandwiches, burgers, open grills, breakfasts and light meals.

What skills, knowledge and attitude do I need?
You will be a positive, proactive individual with outstanding communication skills. You will have previous hospitality experience in a similar fast paced role and maintain a professional attitude at all times. You will be a team player with a strong focus on providing great customer service. We will be hiring your personality and attitude first and your skills second. You will be a self-starter who is able to maintain constant attention to detail to ensure 'The Coffee Club' remains the answer to the question.....

"Where Will I Meet You?"
- Previous Hospitality experience in fast paced environment mandatory
- The Coffee Club experience preferred but not essential
- Barista knowledge and experience highly regarded (FOH)
- Must have own transport
- Must be hard working and a team player
- Must be available for 7 day rotating roster
- Hours will depend on the individual's ability and past experience

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
