**The role**:
This role is part of NAB's Cryptography Management Team and exists to provide operational support for key management, digital certificate management & policy enforcement, Custodian and Swift Security officer function, standards, and regulatory consultation. The role is also responsible for responding to incidents & requests relating to digital certificates & supporting the Venafi certificate lifecycle management tool, contributing to the on-going maturity of the team, processes, and frameworks.

**The role and Day to day will include**:
You will be part of the team which manages:

- Certificate Lifecycle Management (Venafi)
- Encryption and Key management
- Key custodian activities
- Swift Security Officer duties

With a mindset of effective operational support and continuous improvement. In this role you will be providing all aspects of operational support (i.e. incident management, problem management, change control), daily checks and on call support to deliver E2E activities related to services delivered by the Crypto Management team. Project activities relating to various platform upgrades, build, configuration, and transition to BAU. You will take part in governance and reporting of effectiveness of security controls and assist with relevant audit and compliance obligations.

**What you will bring**:

- 5+ years' experience in Information Security or related technology field
- Strong understanding in at least two of the core functions listed:
- Venafi \ Microsoft Certificate Authority
- HSM \ Key custodian \ PCI-PIN compliance
- Technology Risk Management
- Operational and Project Governance
- PKI related experience
- HSM and key custodian experience
- Ability to converse with both end-users and IT employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Solid understanding of problem, change and incident management principles
- Understanding of key IT security concepts & compliance
