Questacon is seeking a
**Design Challenge Team Leader** to lead a small team responsible for the development and delivery of programs, workshops, and presentations

**What you will do**
- Engender enthusiasm about the opportunities in cyber related fields and innovations
- Coordinate logistics and operations for national outreach programs
- Guide, motivate and support the development and wellbeing other staff
- Assist in developing and monitoring budgets and contribute to the development and delivery of operational plans
- Lead a small team to develop skills in the safe use of a range of technologies and software
- Assist with development and maintenance of appropriate risk management processes and procedures

**Ideally you will have**:

- Strong leadership skills, emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate and support a diverse team
- Experience in presenting and facilitating a range of audiences, including students and educators
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in at least one of the following or related methods of program delivery:

- Live video conference to schools or livestreamed events
- Online and print or video-recorded educational resources
- Discussion forum or workshop facilitation
- Live presentation, emceeing and/or theatrical sessions
- Hold qualifications or relevant expertise in cyber industry related arts and disciplines
