Caring 4 Kids Kindergarten Bangor is a newly build and opened 40 place long day care centre catering for children 6 weeks to 6 years of age.

We are currently looking for an experienced ECT or DIPLOMA qualified professional with a minimum of 2 years experience, to come on board and lead our team and assist us in building a quality centre whilst working alongside an experience and supportive management team.

You will be required to supervise, support and mentor staff as well as take on any relevant administration work and manage the overall day to day running of the centre.

You will be supported by a management team which is hands on and you will be required to liaise with management regularly in relation to the centre.
- Good organisation skills and good leadership skills
- Assertive in leadership
- 2 years experience
- Knowledge and interest in EYLF style programming & emergent curriculum
- Statement of attainment in child protection or willing to obtain
- First Aid certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma OR willing to obtain
- Preferred sound knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011 and Children (Education and Care) Services National Law 2010
- Ability to provide high quality care and education
- Professional attitude, effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Extensive knowledge of child development 0-6yrs
- Energetic, enthusiastic, happy, honest, patient & an understanding person
- Committed to the job, friendly, patient and eager to work with children
