**Job Application for Assistant Manager Role**

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while overseeing staff and training initiatives. Your leadership will create an engaging and efficient environment for both employees and participants in our exciting gaming experiences. Being across all attractions at Otherworld HQ to manage and problem solve issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Staff Oversight**:

- Supervise and support team members to foster a collaborative and motivated atmosphere.
- Conduct regular check-ins with staff to ensure they have the resources and support they need.

**Training and Development**:

- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to promote professional growth and improve team performance.

**Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate schedules and manage staffing needs to ensure optimal coverage during peak times.

**Customer Experience**:

- Monitor customer interactions to maintain a high standard of service and address any issues promptly.
- Engage with participants to gather feedback and continuously improve the gaming experience.

**Problem Resolution**:

- Identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring a seamless experience for both staff and participants.
- Handle any disputes or concerns that arise during gameplay in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
- Proven experience in management, customer service, or event coordination preferred.
- Passion for gaming and creating exceptional experiences for others.

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, based on operational needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
