Only About Children Woori Yallock are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to lead the 3 year old Kinder room. OAC Woori Yallock is a 75-place childcare centre offering a warm and spacious environment for children and our team. Overview
This role is a Teacher level 1–5 (Teacher Award) at Only About Children. Our campuses are designed to inspire 0–6-year-olds to grow, learn and discover, with age-specific learning environments and open yet connected spaces. The play spaces and resources are designed to support engaging, interactive learning experiences.
The Role
This opportunity is for an Early Childhood Teacher to lead the 3 year old Kinder room at the Woori Yallock campus.
Key Duties
Planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child development
Maintaining ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily information
Assisting with daily room tasks – e.g. activity preparation and mealtimes
Ensuring high quality of services in alignment with the National Quality Standards
Ensuring compliance with relevant Government Regulations
Guiding team members with their professional development, individual goals and performance
Requirements
A Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent ACECQA-approved teaching qualifications
Valid VIT registration (Early Childhood)
Experience in planning and implementing the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
Effective implementation of pedagogy in your teaching practice
Valid employee Working with Children Check number
