Due to our exceptional growth, we are now seeking a Casual Retail Professional for our Onitsuka Tiger Sydney QVB Store.

**The role**:

- Customer Service & Sales - supporting all customers and providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Team player - working to the best of the ability supporting the Store Manager and the team.
- Attending to customer enquiries, payments and resolving return/exchanges
- Stock replenishment
- Maintaining a clean and safe store at all times
- Previous retail sales experience in similar high fashion retail role
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong sales & communications skills
- The ability to excel in a team environment whilst also being confident to work autonomously.
- A 'can-do' attitude with proven experience in multi-tasking and time management
- Availability over the weekend, as this is a must, and it is a requirement of the role.
- Previous experience working in retail fashion will be highly regarded.
