Downer and BMD have engaged in a Joint Venture to undertake the amplification works' Sydney Water require. With significant population growth in Sydney's Southwest catchment areas over the next 30 years, the West Camden Wastewater Recycling Plant will be amplified to meet customer's needs and stakeholder requirements.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

Downer is seeing a Commissioning Manager to develop and deliver the commissioning activities for the largest Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) facility constructed in Australia to date. The successful applicant will possess a wide variety of experience within a similar role, in the Water Industry. This role sits within a close-knit collaborative team who interface regularly with multiple skilled disciplines and Sydney Water operations.
- Lead and manage a team of commissioning engineers responsible for delivering a high quality, technical, flexible and responsive service to all aspects of commissioning including the development, implementation and management of cut over methodologies, equipment testing and proving.
- Highly developed process knowledge and trouble shooting ability.
- Process philosophy design and review skills including the development and implementation of strategies to integrate Brown and Greenfield process streams.
- Manage differing stakeholder requirements across client operations end client, construction teams, design teams and other delivery subcontractors.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Commissioning and Engineering experience within Water and Wastewater sector.
- Subject matter expert of technical functions across all phases including Identification, capture, delivery and close.
- Ability to build strong relationships across design and construction teams, subcontractors and customer relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in quality management, environmental legislation and principles.
- Advanced interpersonal and diplomatic communication style and customer service orientation.
