- All West Engineering is a mining service provider that offers fixed/mobile maintenance, manufacturing and equipment rebuilds for mining and construction clients across Australia._

We are in a phase of significant growth, and we are searching for a new Internal Recruitment Advisor to join to our team.

Ideally, you would be an experienced engineering/mining/construction recruiter able hit the ground running.

This position gives you an opportunity to take the ownership of the role and work autonomously as the team spread across the country.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Strong experience in a contracting mining business recruiting blue collar roles
- Demonstrated experience in high volume recruiting
- Great communication skills, ability to relate to people from all walks of life
- Problem solving skills and pragmatic attitude
- Superb attention to detail

Note: A pre-employment medical is required for this role.
